Since 10 June 2026, Iulius Dan Plaveti has taken over the term of office of President of the Board of Hydroelectrics S.A., while serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, according to a communication from the company. His term of office will run until 7 November 2027.
Hidroelectrica informed its shareholders and investors on Thursday that Iulius-Dan Plaveti had officially taken over the management of the company, his mandate as CEO starting on June 10, according to News.ro.
