HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A federal judge has sentenced a Huntsville man to eight years in prison on child pornography charges, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Gregory Wade Hughes pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in January 2023. Hughes was given 101 months in prison followed by lifetime supervised release. A Huntsville man was sentenced this week to more than eight years in federal prison for possession of child pornography.U.S. Attorney Prim Escalona and U.S. ICE Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent-in-Charge Katrina W.
