April 28, 2026 A jury has been unable to reach a verdict in a Brisbane District Court trial which followed the death of a young boy at Blackbutt North in July 2023. Jack Brown, 5, was run over by a Ford Ranger ute driven by a friend of his family, Rafael-Eban Solomon, on a private property in Gilliland Crescent.
