Howard Co. Police Search for Man Accused of Stabbing, Killing Ex-Girlfriend
- On Jan. 3, Howard County Police Department detectives executed a search warrant and found 27-year-old Nikitha Godishala deceased inside an apartment in the 10100 block of Twin Rivers Road, Columbia.
- On Jan. 4, police received a missing-person report stating Godishala was last seen on Dec. 31, and investigators believe she was killed shortly after around 7 p.m.; Arjun Sharma, 26, left the U.S. that day.
- Police say she suffered multiple stab wounds when detectives found Godishala during the January 3 search, and Howard County Police Department officials said they believe Arjun Sharma stabbed and killed her.
