The Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital (COOUTH), Awka, Anambra State, has dismissed reports that a pregnant woman, Mrs Amarachi Uche-Chukwudokwe, died at the facility from cold and catarrh.
