The ANAF Anti-Tax Fraud Inspectors have identified a total damage of more than 13 million lei to the state budget by a real estate developer in Iasi municipality and by a natural person, who owns and controls the company.
A real estate developer from Iași is accused of defrauding the state budget of over 13 million lei by building and selling apartments without recording the income from the transactions in his accounts. According to ANAF, the scheme was allegedly developed together with the person who owned and controlled the company checked by anti-fraud inspectors.
The Anti-fraud Inspectors discovered, following real estate checks, an injury of more than 13 million lei brought to the state budget by a developer in Iași and the person controlling the verified firm.
