The court deemed Westpac's refusal to remove a $44.11 adverse credit mark unconscionable, ordering removal and legal costs paid to Fiona Vinall after her credit score was harmed.

It’s a timely reminder that if something is on your credit report that you think should not be there, say something and keep at it until the matter is resolved.
