WILLIAMSPORT — The dispute over the sale of a former Penn State fraternity house closed after the 2017 hazing death of a pledge may be nearing an end.U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann was notified Tuesday that the parties, through mediation, have agreed in principle to a settlement that would resolve the legal action.
