Are you having ham or turkey for Easter dinner? Once upon a time life was easy. Everyone had turkey for Thanksgiving. Everyone had turkey for Christmas. Except my Aunt Myrtle who always made Swedish meatballs at Christmas. Even though she was not the tiniest bit Swedish. And for Easter, everybody cooked ham. When I was growing up, nearly every kid’s lunch between Christmas and New Year’s consisted of turkey. My dad did not do leftovers for meals…
