Hong Kong wraps up mission to deepen ties with Central Asia

- Officials agreed to a mutual visa-free arrangement allowing 30 days of travel for visitors from both sides, extending Hong Kong passport holders' current 10-day access to Uzbekistan.
- In Tashkent, Lee met with Uzbekistan President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Abdulla Nigmatovich Aripov, during which the sides initialed an Air Services Agreement to enable future direct flights.
- Future cooperation will focus on finance, innovation, and technology, with both sides continuing infrastructure projects that revitalize the Silk Road and establish a hub-to-hub cooperation model.
