- A third consecutive monthly decline in buyer inquiries was reported by 33% of property professionals, marking the lowest level since August 2023, while 17% anticipate an increase in sales over the coming year.
- The subdued activity in the spring housing market is likely to continue for several months, although conditions may improve later on due to expectations of larger reductions in interest rates than earlier anticipated.
