On August 10, Binh Chanh District Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City) informed that this unit had just received 5 suspected cases of severe chemical poisoning. Of these, 3 patients were in serious condition and had to be intubated and put on a ventilator; 2 patients were breathing oxygen through a mask.
