The Pearl River County Historical Society held its monthly luncheon on Wednesday, April 8, to revisit the crash landing of United Airlines Flight 232. The discussion was led by Valeria Livengood, whose brother-in-law is a survivor of Flight 232. In 1989, this flight carried a total of 296 people, including 285 passengers and 11 crew members.
