KINGSTON, N.Y. — Onteora High’s Andy Occhi, Wallkill’s AJ Higby and Matt Murphy of Marlboro were named Section 9 Girls Basketball Coaches of the Year in three different classes by the Basketball Coaches Association of New York (BCANY).
