'Fill The Freezer' program aims to fight food insecurity in Lawrence County

On July 12, 2025, the “Fill the Freezer” program will be welcomed at the Lawrence County, Ohio, Fair. Buyers from the fair's annual livestock sale will have the opportunity to donate the animals they buy to this program, where the meat will then be processed and donated to food pantries in the area.
