In the face of ever-increasing temperatures, the Minister of Labour and Health, Catherine Vautrin, recalled employers' obligations to their employees. Thus, they have to adapt schedules, workstations and equipment in this particular context.
The Minister of Health Catherine Vautrin was the guest of "Hello! La Matinale" TF1 on Tuesday, July 1. Faced with the heatwave, she felt that hospitals and retirement homes were ready to manage a crisis. She also called on employees to be cautious, while new obligations came into force for companies. - Heatwave: "Everyone, not exclusively vulnerable people, must be careful," recalls Catherine Vautrin (Policy).
