In May 1999, the center of Piotrków Trybunalski was transformed for a day into an arena where Poland's greatest strongmen competed. Among the many competitors was the then-unknown Mariusz Pudzianowski from Biała Rawska. By throwing kegs filled with beer, he managed to take first place and win a CRT television. Archival photos were discovered 27 years later.
