For over a year, Bulgarian criminologists have been searching for Rumen R., who fraudulently deprived several elderly people in the vicinity of Plovdiv of their lifetime savings. Last autumn, on the basis of an international arrest warrant, he was detained by police officers in Pilsen, who subsequently discovered that he had deposited most of the stolen money in brothels.
