HCLTech Software Unit to Acquire European Firm Robotiq.ai for 9 Million Euros

- On Tuesday, HCLSoftware announced its intent to acquire Robotiq, a Zagreb, Croatia-based provider of Enterprise Robotic Process Automation . The acquisition integrates RPA capabilities into the HCL UnO Agentic platform to enhance AI-driven execution across enterprise applications.
- Robotiq provides platforms for large banks, insurance groups, and telecom providers to automate repetitive manual processes. Its technology assists AI systems in executing tasks where APIs are unavailable or insufficient for workflows.
- Reporting 1.4 million euros in 2025 revenue, the European company generated a 0.2 million euro profit. Founded in August 2018, the firm maintains a net worth of 0.8 million euros.
- "Automation should be useful, fast to deploy, and reliable in production," said Darko Joviai, CEO & Co-founder, Robotiq. The partnership aims to deliver governed processes across the entire enterprise.
- Expected to close in November 2026, the acquisition expands HCLSoftware's reach among more than 20,000 organizations. This integration bridges AI decision-making to reliable, end-to-end task execution.

HCLSoftware said Monday it intends to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatian provider of robotic process automation software.
