US Edition‘Hazbin Hotel’ Renewed for Fifth & Final Season
Prime Video said the animated musical series will end after five seasons as season three is set to return later this year.
- On Saturday, Prime Video revealed at the Las Vegas LVL Up Expo that animated musical Hazbin Hotel will conclude after five seasons, marking the end of the series.
- Created by Vivienne Medrano, the series originated as a 2019 YouTube pilot that amassed more than 120 million views, sparking a partnership with A24 and Bento Box Entertainment.
- With Seasons 3 and 4 being developed together, Season 4 is estimated for release around early to mid-2028, while Season 5 is expected around 2029 or 2030.
- Reacting to the renewal, Medrano said she is "grateful for their partnership and commitment to bringing Hazbin Hotel to its epic conclusion," while developing new projects for Prime.
- The series follows Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she pursues an impossible goal of rehabilitating demons to reduce overpopulation, a narrative arc concluding in the final season.
