Hayfork woman found guilty of two out of 12 counts of felony animal cruelty

Jacqueline Hoaglen was found guilty last Wednesday, March 19, of two of the 12 counts of animal abuse she was initially charged with related to the death of a litter of puppies last year. Apparently, 12 of the 13 young dogs died after she chose not to seek veterinary care for them when they became ill with symptoms she recognized as parvo.
