Hayes Chevrolet needs help to find "Scouts" owner

Hayes Chevrolet, located at 3656 Hwy 365, Baldwin, GA has a new friend – a furry friend.  Thursday afternoon during the storm, this sweet dog wandered in for help, dripping wet and scared.
