Harvey Weinstein set to be sentenced for sexual assault after 6-year legal odyssey

- Currently housed at Bellevue Hospital, the ailing Weinstein faces chronic myeloid leukemia, diabetes, and mobility challenges requiring a wheelchair for court appearances, his lawyers said.
- Once sentenced, Weinstein can appeal the decision. He is also awaiting resentencing in a separate rape case in Los Angeles after an appellate court invalidated his prior sentence.
