Prosecutors seek 20 years as the 74-year-old producer faces sentencing again after New York’s highest court erased his earlier convictions.
- Harvey Weinstein faces sentencing today for sexually assaulting Miriam Haley in 2006, with prosecutors seeking 20 years in prison that would keep him behind bars until his late 80s.

- Once sentenced, Weinstein can appeal the decision. He is also awaiting resentencing in a separate rape case in Los Angeles after an appellate court invalidated his prior sentence.
