Harvey Public Schools bond referendum does not pass

HARVEY, ND (KXNET) — On April 18, Harvey Public Schools (HPS) announced that a recent referendum for a school bond did not pass.  With a total of 1,196 people who voted, 60% of voters were against the proposal in the district’s first bond vote since 1967.
