A 20-year-old Harrisburg man last year fatally shot another person, wounded a teenager and used a small child as a human shield during a shootout at a home in York, according to charging documents.Jaequan Bellamy on Thursday was charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, prohibited possession of a firearm and aggravated assault in connection with the 2025 York shooting.
