​ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles today closed the license plate agency, or LPA, in Harrisburg. The current agency, located at 4612 N.C. Hwy. 49 S., at Bestway Center, in Harrisburg, was closed following the discovery of several contract violations.
