Suspect arrested On Aug. 15, 2025, shortly after 6:30 p.m., Hanover police received a report of a fail to remain collision in a parking lot of a retail store. The investigation determined a pickup truck, driven by a male suspect, struck an unattended car in the retail store parking lot before leaving the scene without stopping.
