In October 2022, the then 23-year-old Hanna Wörndl was beaten unconsciously by a disco visit to Aschau and thrown into a stream. In March 2024, a young man was sentenced to nine years in prison for murder. The Federal Court of Justice has now abrogated the sentence. The reason: a rejected motion for partiality.
In March 2024, the Landgericht Traunstein had sentenced Sebastian T., who was 22 years old at the time, to nine years in prison for murder. Now, the Bundesgerichtshof has decided that it is necessary to renegotiate.
