ELYRIA, Ohio — Police have been unable to locate a handcuffed suspect who escaped custody Monday night and are concerned he might have somehow entered the water of the ice-filled Black River.Donte Jamar Parker II, 23, is wanted on warrants for charges that include aggravated robbery, assault, aggravated menacing, unlawful restraint, and strangulation or suffocation, Elyria Municipal Court records show.
