A quarter of Finnish adults had less than 770 euros in their bank accounts at the end of last year, according to Statistics Finland. The median bank deposits were around 5,000 euros, meaning half of the adult population had less than this and half more. One in ten had accumulated deposits of over 60,000 euros.
