A woman who was not wearing pants and was fatally struck as she walked across lanes of the Gardena (91) Freeway in Carson was identified Sunday. Lizbeth Torres was 35 years old and died from multiple blunt traumatic injuries in an accident, the Medical Examiner’s office said.
