Half Fail Following Changes to Driving Test

Following changes to the theoretical driving test that took place over a year ago, the failure rate of test takers rose to 61.7%, but since the beginning of the year it has recovered and is now around 50%. This is, however, a lower rate than has been seen in recent years, says Þórhildur Elínardóttir, Communications Manager at the Icelandic Transport Authority, in an interview with mbl.is.
