The decision is a setback for the prosecution, a success for the AUA.
In the summer of 2024 an AUA aircraft got into a hailstorm and was badly damaged. Now a court has decided that flight recorders and voice recorders should not be evaluated. That is incomprehensible for passenger lawyer Wolfgang List.
