Altoona residents raise concern for cemetery maintenance; volunteers needed

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Residents are raising concerns about the maintenance situation at the Oak Ridge Cemetery on 10th St. and volunteers are asking for help. Oak Ridge Cemetery has stood tall in the downtown area since the 1800's.
