GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- A Gulfport man will serve 30 years behind bars after pleading guilty to manslaughter. Fifty-one-year-old Louis Benton Sr. stabbed 44-year-old Damien Lindsey to death in August 2023. The stabbing happened after Lindsey hit Benton’s wheelchair bound girlfriend.
