Grocer Hareli plans to open second store at mixed-use development Pradera in Prosper

Hareli Fresh Market is expected to open its second store at a mixed-use development in North Texas, according to a state filing. The project includes finishing out the interior of a nearly 23,000-square-foot shell at Pradera in Prosper.
