The US Greystar fund has closed its return to the Spanish student residences market with the purchase of three assets in Pamplona, Sabadell and Seville, a sector in which it had only closed a single investment since 2023, months after having starred in the "megaventa" of Resa (along with Axa and CBRE Investment Management), the largest owner of this type of real estate, an operation valued at 900 million euros.
