LE Phillips Library welcomes patrons to use outdoor spaces
EAU CALIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Despite the current cooler temps, the LE Phillips Public Library is welcoming community members to discover their outdoor spaces. Because it was a little bit cool for the launch, activities were moved indoors but that didn’t stop the festivities.
