Grand Jury: No charges for woman in shooting death of man in Burke County
BURKE COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) - The case against a woman charged in the shooting death of a man in Burke County in February will not proceed. A Grand Jury has declined to press charges against Hannah Grace Cobb. Cobb was arrested on February 23 after Telvin Osborne was shot and killed. Cobb told deputies she was checking her gun when it went off and hit Osborne in the chest. The District Attorney says the case is now closed.

A grand jury in Burke County has returned a “no bill” to Hannah Cobb, the woman accused of murdering her boyfriend, Telvin Osborne, by shooting him on Feb. 23.
