A grand jury has indicted a man accused of killing his neighbor in an intentional house fire and pretending to attempt to rescue her. William Ahle, 70, of Fanwood, was indicted on the charges of first-degree murder, felony murder and home invasion burglary, as well as second-degree aggravated arson, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement on Tuesday.
