Watertown and Brookings are getting an economic boost from the state Capitol.The Governor’s Office of Economic Development on Tuesday announced more than a million dollars’ worth of grant awards to aid commercial endeavors in both Interstate 29-corridor communities — the South Dakota State University-affiliated Dakota BioWorx and Watertown’s Calvin Industrial Park.
