Miranda Sarmento rejects causality between the effects of the public guarantee granted by the State to young people up to the age of 35, as well as the exemption of IMT and Seal Tax, and the rise in house prices.
Miranda Sarmento spoke during a parliamentary hearing following a request by the Free to listen to the Government about the sale of state real estate with housing capacity, during which it was questioned by IL about the effects of the support measures for young people.
The government rejects a causality between the support for young people to buy the first home and the increase in the price of houses, an issue that it discussed with the IMF this week, said the Minister of Finance today.
