The Minister of Economy and Finance, Elmer Cuba, reported that the government evaluates to increase the minimum vital remuneration by two separate increases. The proposal contemplates a first increase of S/100 and a second of S/70, with the aim of raising the purchasing power of those who receive the minimum salary.
