Benjamin Rumary Appointed Head of UK Business at UTI Investments
Benjamin Rumary will oversee wholesale and institutional clients as UTI Investments expands its UK presence, the firm said.
UTI Investments appointed Benjamin Rumary as head of UK business, marking a significant expansion move for the global arm of UTI Asset Management Company.
Managing over $250 billion in assets, UTI AMC is focused on strengthening its presence with UK investors as part of its broader expansion strategy.
Rumary joins from Candriam, where he led UK wholesale business and national distribution strategy, bringing over two decades of senior experience across the UK asset management industry.
Sandrine Hadrys, head of Europe at UTI, said the appointment reflects commitment to delivering "India-focused investment capabilities" to more clients across wholesale and institutional channels.
Rumary said "India's growth story is compelling," positioning UTI's heritage as a differentiated proposition as he plans to deepen relationships and introduce strategies across the UK market.
