The Denver girls' basketball team qualified for the state tournament on Wednesday, February 25, by defeating Cascade 50-28 in the regional finals. The Cyclones took little time to separate from the Cougars, as the mix of an incredible shooting performance from senior Channing Johnson and a terrific rebounding performance from the entire team helped them put the game away early.
