Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said they used both war and negotiation to achieve their goals. Qalibaf stated that the agreement with the US increased Iran's military strength and economic resilience, and helped strengthen Lebanese Hezbollah.
The Speaker of the Parliament said that we must both fight and advance negotiations.
The Speaker of the Parliament noted: "The solution is to both fight and negotiate to create lasting deterrence, meaning that we are both prepared and have faith before God that we will fight bravely against the oppressive enemy and negotiate to create lasting deterrence."
