Serhiy Duka told his own version of the searches
According to him, during a search of the home of Serhiy Duka, First Deputy Head of the SBU's Department for the Protection of National Statehood, SBU special forces officers threatened investigators with weapons and planned to remove the general from the house.

General of the SBU Serhiy Duka and his armed guards resisted NABU detectives during the search. According to Prosecutor of SAP Nikolay Karas, Duka destroyed physical evidence, in particular telephones, for two hours with an ax.
During the search in the residence of the General of the SBU, NABU detectives encountered unexpected resistance. While the guard did not let law enforcement inside, the suspect, according to the prosecutor, tried to get rid of important evidence.
