- The project involves a $700 million investment and a 700,000-square-foot facility that will create more than 1,900 jobs, with local incentives from the North Carolina Community College System, Department of Commerce’s Division of Workforce Solutions, Wake County, and Town of Holly Springs.
- The facility will be operational by 2029 and designed for high-volume, efficient production of metabolic medicines, including next-generation obesity treatments, boosting supply-chain resilience.
