Gelderland wants to build 12,000 houses on top of existing roofs

The province of Gelderland believes that 12,000 rental and owner-occupied homes can be built in the next five years by adding floors to existing buildings, the so-called “topping”. The province will help housing corporations and municipalities achieve this in Gelderland.
